Respond to a suspense letter

Did you receive a suspense letter or email from the U.S. Department of State Passport Agency? A suspense letter means they need more information from you in order to process your passport application.

Applicants must respond within 90 days with the requested information. The suspense letter or email will have action items that you must complete in order to get your passport processed.
